Order item twice both time, had the wrong sizing on the label to the tags. Not confident Ordering from this site again.

I have placed 2 orders with Kaiia and am extremely impressed with the quality and customer care. My first order arrived within 2 days and this was before Christmas! With all the delays due to Royal Mail I was pleasantly surprised. My second order unfortunately an item was out of stock so was not sent but I had received an email to advise this and a refund would be processed. To add to this I was also offered a discount code to apologise for this! I am very impressed so far. Prices I think are good for the quality and sale prices wow! Amazing! Would recommend to a friend.

My parcel got lost in the post so had to open a dispute. The customer service was very good. Replies were prompt and friendly, however I wasn’t compensated for the issue. Clothing is of good quality and true to size.

I put an order in and instead of it being sent all together it was sent in 3 parcels. This meant I had to pay customs 3 times with a total of €35. Then most of the clothes were to big so I sent them back which cost me another €23 so I've paid €58 on clothes worth £97 and on have 2 items

Worse experience ever. I thought the £25 delivery fee was steep on 2 sale tracksuits. I’ve since been charged €43 for customs. I have never been charged on parcels from Asos, SHEIN or next. Stay clear of this company if you live in Malta. It’s really not worth it and I will never use them again.

I would never go anywhere else for my clothes.
As a plus size woman it can be hard to find good quality, well fitted clothes.
Kaiia The Labels clothes are always great quality and fit my body shape perfectly.

This time I purchased 4 pairs of joggers and 2 jumpers and every pair was good, thick quality material with excellent stitching.
Kaiias clothing lasts well, washes well and looks great on.

I recently bought the oversized boxy blazer in grey and beige & the matching trousers. The items were such good value for money and I’m in love with the suits! They are perfect for work, flattering but smart & lightweight which is perfect so I don’t get too hot! Thank you!

I was excited to order and paid extra for next day delivery, I order well before the cut off point and didn’t arrive until at least 3 days after I placed the order.

The quality of the clothes is beautiful, I will order again but I won’t be paying any more on postage

Purchased from yourselves a few times now and I am loving the clothing. Very flattering always boosts my confidence. I actually found you through following a middle sized woman on instagram and was unsure weather to try your clothing range however since trying I couldn’t recommend enough. I do believe a few of my friends are also now addicted, so Thankyou for catering for all shapes and sizes and giving me a confidant boost.

Loved the items i recieved as far as quality and fabrics, had ordered a few bodysuits but could not keep them as they were too short in the body length, personally for me but i am taller gutted as would have loved to have kept the items, would order again to try different items, pricing was so affordable, and easy returns also.

They offer some lovely items and some are amazing quality but the resizing of attire needs to be considered. I ordered a big bundle of things and only managed to keep 2 as the rest didn’t fit. The sizing is all wrong and doesn’t make sense it needs to be looked into. It made me feel a bit sad and uncomfortable and I worry it will do the same to other young people that try it, I will still order in future for the things that I did keep but please look into your inclusive sizing for all shapes

I saw someone do a try on haul for some trousers on TikTok and after searching for hours on other websites for some new work trousers, after 2 minutes I had 2 pairs of trousers in my bag. I am always hesitant ordering from companies I’ve never heard of or ordered from before due to sizing etc, but took a chance and I am OBSESSED to say the least. I ordered 2 trousers, shorts, a bodysuit and a top and every single thing was perfect. The dress trousers are the comfiest, most beautiful trousers I’ve ever worn!!! I cannot believe I haven’t heard of the company before and I cannot wait to order more!!£

I’d heard good things about Kaiia the Label on TikTok and insta, being plus size it’s hard to get actual nice looking nice fitting clothes so I thought I’d give them a try when I saw their sale was on. I wasn’t disappointed! Everything was incredible quality, well priced and actually looked good. Will be buying from them again for sure! :)
